　　有些客戶因為工作繁忙往往忽視了開料機注油的問題，有些客戶是因為季節性原因設備好幾天甚至幾周不工作，也不注意設備上油工作。工作經驗告訴我們，上油在數控開料機維護過程中起重要作用，正確做法為：

　　1.清理干凈導軌與絲杠，可用布(不脫毛)把導軌和絲杠上的油漬和材料屑清理掉。

　　2.加油周期為每個月兩次，也就是每兩周一次油。

　　3.機器若長期不用，應定期加油空走，以保證傳動系統的靈活性。

　　4.加完油后慢速來回走動，保證潤滑油能夠均勻加到導軌和絲杠上。
